Keeping the building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas, neat and clean at all times.Sweeping and/or vacuuming classrooms daily and dusting furniture when requested and/or as directed.Cleaning corridors after school each day and as needed.Washing windows on both the inside and outside at least twice each year and as needed.Performing such yard keeping chores as grass cutting and tree trimming as necessary to maintain the school grounds in a safe and attractive condition.Reporting immediately to the Custodial Manager any repairs that need attention and/or any damage to school property.Performing minor maintenance duties, i.e. changing light bulbs, changing ceiling tiles, etc.Moving furniture and/or equipment within buildings as required for various activities and as directed by the Custodial Manager.Assuming responsibility for the closing of the building each school day.
