Groundskeeper-Full-time Temporary

Responsible for making sure that outdoor areas are safe, clean, and attractive. Conduct and document weekly water temperature checks.
Conduct all other monthly and annual environmental checks as directed.
Ensures general cleaning of outside areas including but not limited to sidewalks, screened areas, gazebos, carports, parking lot, and all other areas of the facility.
Patch and paint inside and outside of the facility.
Complete minor maintenance repairs to include painting, patching, minor electrical, minor plumbing etc.
Walk facility inside and out daily to inspect for repairs.
Completes grounds work as directed such as trimming back bushes, weeding, assisting with planting, and ensuring the facility looks manicured.
Report to work during inclement weather to ensure adequate supervision and care of all individuals in the home. Education and/or Work Experience

High School Diploma required.
Previous working knowledge utilizing general housekeeping equipment, maintenance tools, lawn equipment, pressure washer.
