Jobot seeks a Production Supervisor at our Kansas City facility to lead daily manufacturing operations and oversee 25-35 hourly workers on rotating 12-hour shifts. You will drive safety, quality and cost performance while building capable teams and fostering continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, knowledge of Lean/TPM, and strong coaching and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
