You will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the physical condition of patients through comprehensive movement assessments, identifying individual needs and setting clear goals for therapy.Create and implement customized treatment plans that may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and equipment-based modalities.Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on evidence and observed outcomes.Collaborate with fellow therapists to enhance treatment strategies and share insights that contribute to overall team success.Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with industry standards and advancements in physical therapy practices.Patient Population / Client FocusOur primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
