Client: Major Medical Device Client

Position: Test Engineer

Duration:18+ Months Contract

Location: Kalamazoo MI 49001

Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/ Hr on W2

Responsibilities

Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments

Design and scale manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment

Test manufactured products to ensure quality standards are maintained

Plan, design, and estimate time and cost for engineering projects

Oversee construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components

Analyze engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or component failures

Develop and implement solutions to engineering-related issues

Apply engineering standards and procedures across projects and operations

Provide technical guidance and recommendations on engineering matters

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong judgment and application of professional engineering expertise

Understanding of procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline

Ability to make decisions based on established practices and prior knowledge
