Now Hiring Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm with an office in Orlando, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its collegial litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional who thrives in sophisticated, fast-moving cases and enjoys being closely involved in the preparation, organization, and execution of matters from discovery through trial.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces while keeping attorneys, clients, deadlines, and case materials on track.

Assist with and manage the discovery process, including organization and tracking of requests, responses, and supporting materials

Conduct document review and maintain organized, accurate case files and litigation materials

Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys throughout the litigation process

Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably within complex civil litigation

Hands-on experience with trial preparation and the litigation process

Strong understanding of discovery procedures and document management

Strong legal research and organizational abilities

Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and litigation/document-management systems

This is an ideal position for a paralegal who genuinely enjoys litigation and wants to be an active part of the case team... not simply handling administrative tasks from the sidelines!
