A proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

5+ years of hands‑on, full‑stack engineering experience building customer‑facing web applications.

Deep experience with highly data‑driven systems, including proficiency in API development and modern frameworks.

A proven track record for solving complex problems that deliver tangible value to customers.

Experience working in close partnership with Product Management, User Experience (UX), and other stakeholders.

Experience with Python and React.

Experience integrating emerging technologies like machine learning and natural language processing.

Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or financial technology (Fintech) ecosystems.

HIPAA, HITRUST) and ensuring the safety of customer data.

You prefer a highly structured, top‑down environment with a slow, deliberate pace.
