Home Infusion Nurse - Partner With Patients. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you'll provide one on one, skilled clinical care to patients where they feel most comfortable - at home or in an ambulatory infusion suite. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
