Remote Temporary Contracts Attorney

Mission Recruiting is representing a confidential Massachusetts litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse civil defense caseload. This opportunity offers a $100,000–$150,000 salary , meaningful case ownership, direct litigation experience, and a hybrid schedule after onboarding .

The attorney will manage civil defense matters from inception through resolution while working alongside experienced litigators and developing advocacy skills across every phase of litigation.

Discretionary merit-based bonus

The position begins with onsite onboarding and transitions to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote .

Monday through Friday schedule.

About the Opportunity Mission Recruiting's client is seeking an attorney ready to take meaningful ownership of an active civil defense caseload.

The practice is approximately 50% tort litigation and includes product liability, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, and general civil litigation .

Attorneys are involved throughout the lifecycle of their matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, client reporting, and trial preparation.

Handle written discovery and document production
