This hands-on leader works closely with plant leadership to build a high-performing, safety-focused culture while maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor. Success in this role requires sound decision-making, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex employee and labor relations matters in a fast-paced industrial environment.
