Commercial Roofing Sales and Estimator

As one of the nation's leading commercial roofing companies, we work on a wide range of projects across diverse roofing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical side of estimating and the relationship-building side of sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors
Attend job walks and engage directly with customers to understand project needs
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed proposals
Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and leadership to finalize bids
Present proposals, answer client questions, and help position the company to secure projects
Support change orders and ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycle
Sales-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel and engage with a diverse customer base
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with estimating, construction, or commercial roofing (preferred but not required)
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Experience preparing proposals, bids, or client-facing documents is a plus
Work with a nationally recognized leader in commercial roofing
