As an Insurance Agent (Insurance Sales Advisor), you'll deliver a one-of-a-kind insurance experience to our homebuying Veterans, helping them find the right coverage for their needs. You'll work closely with Loan Officers, insurance carrier partners, and our Operations team to ensure a smooth, seamless journey from a warm introduction all the way to the finish line.

Reaching out to customers within 24 hours of getting their info-sharing quotes, answering their questions, and helping them find the insurance solution that fits just right.

Taking care of issuing insurance policies while figuring out their overall needs and offering options for home, auto, and other types of coverage.

Keeping in touch with our Operations teams and insurance carriers to make sure policies are accurate and everything moves smoothly from the customer to the loan team.

Building great relationships with Loan Officers, insurance carriers, and other partners-gathering info, keeping everyone in the loop, and delivering an awesome customer experience.

Pitching in wherever needed and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

You're hardworking, adaptable, and can handle shifting priorities like a pro.

You've got great communication skills (both written and verbal) and know how to deliver top-notch customer service.

You've got experience working with customers over the phone (at least a year), and if you're not already Property & Casualty licensed, you're ready to get licensed when you join us.

You're comfortable with basic computer tech and ready to dive into tools designed for an internet-based company.
