JOB SUMMARY Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide diagnostic evaluation, management, education, and rehabilitation for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Working under physician prescription, this role delivers respiratory care across neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations in acute, critical, and emergency care settings.

Key Responsibilities Administer respiratory care treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.

Perform diagnostic evaluations, including arterial blood gas (ABG) collection/analysis, pulmonary function testing, and cardiopulmonary assessments.

Manage and monitor mechanical ventilation, artificial airways, medical gases, and oxygen delivery systems.

Provide airway clearance therapies, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and pharmacologic treatments.

Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders across diverse care settings.

Respond to respiratory emergencies and deliver advanced life support per ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP guidelines.

Assist with neonatal stabilization and ventilatory support prior to transfer to higher‑level care facilities.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient‑centered respiratory care plans.

Educate patients and families on respiratory disease management, therapies, and equipment use.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Required Qualifications Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).

Experience delivering respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in hospital settings.

Proficiency in ABG collection and analysis.

Skilled in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway care.

Ability to respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations using ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP protocols.

Strong collaboration skills with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.

Experience in critical care or emergency department settings.
