Service Manager

Pay: $22-$27 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time preferred

E's Gourmet Sandwiches is an independent restaurant focused on high-quality food, genuine hospitality, and running a clean, sharp operation. We care about standards, teamwork, consistency, and treating guests the right way.

We're looking for a Service Manager who can lead the guest experience, support daily operations, and help keep the team organized and accountable.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run the front of house confidently while also helping with scheduling, ordering, staff coordination, and operational flow. Some back-of-house experience is strongly valued, as we believe great leaders understand the whole operation.

You won't be sitting in an office. Guest Experience & Floor Leadership Lead front-of-house service during shifts

Team Leadership Help direct and support staff during shifts

Assist with training new team members

Help create a positive, no-drama work culture

Operations Assist with scheduling and shift coverage

Help with ordering, inventory, and receiving deliveries

Kitchen Support Step into prep or back-of-house support when needed

Understand food safety, sanitation, and workflow basics

Help wherever needed to keep service strong

Restaurant experience required

Strong front-of-house presence and communication skills

Some back-of-house or kitchen experience preferred

Competitive hourly pay: $22-$27/hour
