The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Additional training/development opportunities
Drive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
Other Required Skills Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer
a desire to help others via an engaging personality
Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess 1+ years of prior inside sales experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
