Advanced Practice Provider - Immediate Care Clinic (Full Time)

Immediate Care Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

Hourly Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is actively recruiting experienced Immediate Care nurse practitioners and physician assistants to join our team. Expect a fast-paced environment where you will provide care in a team-based approach while working at the top of your license. Under the direction of collaborating physicians, provides care to patients. Follows patients through their course of treatment in the immediate care. Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of practice in the specialty. Employs strategies, interventions and teaching to promote, maintain, and improve health. Positively contributes to safety outcomes and promotes high quality patient experiences. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of service line goals. Adheres to all Endeavor Health policies and procedures.

EMR: EPIC

Full Time: 40 or 36 hours per week depending on preference

Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. Weekend/Holiday Rotation- Between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Locations and Required travel: Rotating shifts between 15 S McHenry Road Buffalo Grove, 199 W Rand Road Mt Prospect, 21481 N Rand Rd Kildeer, and 519 S Roselle Rd Schaumburg

Master's degree in nursing (MSN or MS) or NCCPA certified PA.

Minimum 2 years Emergency Department or IC experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or PA required to be considered for the position.

APRNS: Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license, Illinois controlled substance license and DEA certification.

Physician Assistants: IL PA license, IL controlled substance license, and DEA certification.
