What You'll Do

Provide acute hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical care

Perform comprehensive assessments before, during, and after treatments

Monitor vascular access, patient response, and stability throughout therapy

Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient information in electronic records

Follow hospital infection prevention standards and dialysis best practices

Foster a positive, patient-centered care environment

What You Need

Required:

RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State

Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience

ICU dialysis experience

Competency in all dialysis vascular access types

Proficiency with Tablo Hemodialysis System

BLS and ACLS certifications

Ability to work independently with strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

Experience functioning autonomously in acute care settings

Compassionate and adaptable team player
