Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.

EPIC experience

Experience with medication reconciliation for discharge medication lists

Communication skills for gathering prior to admission home medication lists from patients, families, or pharmacies

Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing management and monitoring

Experience with anticoagulation dosing management and monitoring
