Full-Time School BCBA

This posting is for a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Caesar Rodney School District. This is a 10‑month position.

Individuals who are eligible or possess Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

Student observations

Data collection

Supporting the MTSS process

Development of informal behavior plans

Development of FBA's and BSP's

Fidelity checks

Staff coaching and development

Other duties as assigned by the Inclusive Education Department

Out of State Candidates
An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License. Applicants with one completed year of experience but less than 4 years of experience will receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility.

Salary
In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.

Pre‑employment Requirements

Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, an updated resume, and three letters of recommendation.

All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.

Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver’s License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I‑9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
