Sheehy Auto Stores is a leading automotive dealership group that values the highest quality customer experience. We are looking for an energetic and professional Evening Receptionist to represent the dealership each evening and provide a first‑class experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and receive prospects and customers.

Answer the phone at the dealership and transfer customers to the appropriate person.

Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.

Refer customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.

Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.

Prepare any FedEx envelopes for shipments.

Maintain the front desk area; ensure it is cleaned before your shift ends.

Work hours are 5‑9 pm during the week (2‑3 days per week, alternating with another evening receptionist) and 9 am‑8 pm on Saturday and 11 am‑7 pm on Sunday. For Saturday and Sunday, this is worked every other weekend.

Visit the customer lounge area and customers at sales desks and offer them a snack.

Restock the snack tray when low and before your shift ends.

Maintain the coffee supply area in the customer lounge to ensure everything is stocked.

Other duties as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or higher.

Availability to work hours 5‑9 pm during the week (2‑3 days per week, alternating with another evening receptionist) and 9 am‑8 pm on Saturday and 11 am‑7 pm on Sunday. For Saturday and Sunday, this is worked every other weekend.

A professional appearance.

A clean driving record & valid driver’s license.

Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Must be able to pass pre‑employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test).
