Warehouse/Production Person

Warehouse WorkerThis role involves operating production and packaging equipment, accurately reading and executing work orders, and ensuring that all materials are measured, inspected, and packaged to precise quality and customer specifications. You will handle materials throughout the production and shipping process while consistently following established safety and quality procedures.The facility is organized and well-maintained, providing a structured and efficient work setting. It is climate controlled in the winter, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature during colder months. There is a light smell of machine oils and coolants typical of a production environment, but it is not overpowering. You will work around production machinery, measuring tools, material handling equipment, RF scanners, and overhead cranes. Company uniforms are provided after a short period of employment, and steel toe boots are supplied annually after your first year, supporting both safety and professionalism on the production floor.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
