Litigation & Compliance Attorney

Growing litigation firm looking for a dynamic litigator to join our team in Las Vegas or Reno!

Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business tort claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, employment and labor disputes, commercial real estate disputes, and other related areas.
Provide comprehensive legal advice and services in transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
Develop and execute effective legal strategies in litigation cases from initial filing through resolution, including trial experience as necessary.
Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Advise clients on business formation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor legal solutions accordingly.

Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex litigation matters.
Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating business contracts and agreements.
