RN Emergency & ICU
TactStaff
Provide specialized critical care to cardiac ICU patients, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes through advanced nursing practices. Support the unit's dynamic environment by delivering comprehensive care in a fast-paced setting.
Monitor and assess cardiac patients using advanced cardiac monitoring equipment.
Administer medications, ventilation, and IV therapies following established protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR system and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain current certifications and stay updated on ICU procedures and technologies.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years' acute care ICU experience, preferably in cardiac or medical ICU units.
Experience with Meditech EMR and cardiac monitoring systems preferred.
