N. curriculum, build real relationships with your students, and set the tone for a safe, joyful, well-run room whether you're guiding curious Twos through their first big discoveries or getting PreK students ready for kindergarten.
Own classroom management creating a consistent, positive environment for kids and staff alike
Support each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental growth
Communicate clearly and warmly with families, colleagues, and your community
A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in the field of education). You may also need an MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum)

Lead Teacher: $22.00$25.00/hour
Assistant Teacher/Aide: $18.00$22.00/hour
Per Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care regulations, all applicants must pass a state and federal background check as a condition of employment. Applicants for our federal center campuses must also receive GSA security clearance through a government background screening.
