Packaging Engineering

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in packaging design, manufacturing processes, and automation within a production environment.
Key Highlights:
- Design and develop packaging solutions using CAD tools such as ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo
- Optimize manufacturing processes including injection molding, CNC, CAM, and fabrication
- Program and troubleshoot robotics and PLC-driven packaging lines
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop technical documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in packaging or related industries
- Strong mechanical engineering background with CAD and GD&T expertise
- Hands-on experience with robotics, CNC/CAM, welding, and automation systems
- Knowledge of injection molding, tooling design, PLCs, and vision inspection systems preferred
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience is a plus
