Undergraduate Recruiter

Shift Information:

Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 2 -3 days a week!

Pay range is $28-32/hr!

Through the end of 2026 to start!

This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

Position is primarily responsible for managing the full candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer generation, and recruitment coordination.

Position will also be responsible for planning and executing campus recruiting activities, candidate attraction events, interview days, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Position will be in charge of managing recruiting pipelines, supporting candidate screening and selection efforts, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and providing recruiting process improvements through reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required!

Campus/college recruiting or recruiting experience is required!

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are required!

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work independently is required!

Experience coordinating recruiting events or campus recruiting programs is preferred!

Ability to travel locally and maintain a flexible schedule as recruiting needs arise is preferred!
