Parking Ambassador (Seasonal)

Seasonal Parking Ambassador Location: Mesa, AZ 85212

Hours: Seasonal, 20 to 31 hours per week on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities Provide a welcoming first and last impression for guests at Arizona Athletic Grounds.

Deliver exceptional customer service, remaining friendly, helpful, and professional.

Manage and resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.

Issue change, receipts, and parking tickets to guests.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned parking facilities.

Qualifications Age 18 or older.

One year of customer service experience.

High‑school diploma or equivalent.

Independent, proactive problem‑solver.

Proficient with Office, web‑based applications, mobile apps, and smartphone technology.
