What You'll Do

Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries in the CVOR unit
Monitor and ensure patient safety during the surgical process
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and tech teams to deliver seamless care
Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Assist with preoperative and postoperative care of CVOR patients
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
What You Need

Valid RN license in Louisiana or compact license accepted
Minimum 2 years of CVOR or cardiovascular OR nursing experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment
