Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension and conversion to full-time)
Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Overtime expected

As an Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. The candidate will be working in an industrial park environment encompassing mainly office buildings, warehouses, and laboratories. Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations of equipment.
Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems, including valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Attend a small operations meeting daily.
Gather tools and parts as required.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
Electrical experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Basic computer skills
good customer service skills
Commercial experience
High school diploma or GED required; Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred
Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes
Electrician's license (nice to have)
NFPA Qualified Electrical Worker certificate (nice to have)
2–3 years of job-related electrical experience
Candidate will be working in an industrial park environment including office buildings, warehouses, and laboratories
Overtime expected
Interview process: 1st round virtual (Teams), 2nd round in-person
