Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally

Monitor dining room activity, identify newly seated guests, and notify servers promptly

Maintain a fast-paced, high-energy work style while delivering excellent guest service

Assist service staff by delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly

Expedite food orders by organizing and building tickets on the kitchen line

Fill and refill guest water glasses to ensure attentive service

Pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, and unnecessary items throughout the meal

Clean and reset tables quickly after guest departure, ensuring readiness for the next party

Support team members across departments to enhance overall service quality

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining and service areas

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards

Strong communication and customer service skills

Must be at least 18 years old

Flexible schedule

Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
