Remote Estimator- Construction
ALFA Trechs, Inc.
ALFA Tech is a Construction Management, Cost Estimating and Scanning Firm
Create detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and procurement strategies tailed to client needs
Review bids and analyze change orders to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project outcomes
Offer specialized cost advice and support for commercial and institutional projects
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Experience with Estimating Software
- Deep understanding of complex construction projects
- Candidate must be comfortable working remotely but able to maintain excellent communication with clients during regular business hours
