Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team where clinical autonomy, mentorship, and patient-centered care come first. At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll practice in a supportive, clinician-led environment designed to help you learn, grow, and thrive.
Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + student loan repayment)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
3 weeks of PTO (21 days) + paid holidays

Clinic Overview
Our San Jose (Moorpark Ave) clinic provides individualized outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with emphasis on:
Manual therapy
Functional rehabilitation
Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy
Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabDocument patient care accurately using the EMR
Build meaningful relationships with patients and the community
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active (or eligible) California PT license
Passion for outpatient orthopedics
New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
