This is a temporary role with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.
About the Role As a Recruiting Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, thoughtful, and engaging hiring experience for every candidate and hiring manager. You’ll support the full recruitment process—from scheduling interviews to onboarding—while also helping us streamline and improve how we hire.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during interviews and onboarding
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
Prepare offer letters and manage background checks/onboarding steps
Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse (ATS)
Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives
Help improve recruitment workflows and gather feedback to enhance the process
Support ATS administration, including system configuration and issue resolution
What We're Looking For 1-2+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support
Experience in manufacturing or pharma environments is a plus
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Details Pay: Flexible, depending on experience
Location: Hybrid (must be local to Bloomington, IN)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time hours; One Saturday/month (~4 hours required); Occasional Tuesday evenings; Any after-hours work will be offset with time off during the week
