Communication : As a DSP, you'll excel at communicating with individuals from all walks of life, even when words aren't enough. A high school diploma, or equivalent is required.

• ​ Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
• ​ Attitude: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a commitment to continuous learning are a must.
• ​ Candidates must meet our automotive insurance requirements to operate company vehicles.

• Supporting individuals in their preferred leisure and recreational activities.
• ​Encouraging socially acceptable behaviors and communication with peers, family, and the community.
• ​Providing training and support based on individual goals.
• ​Maintaining a current understanding of Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSP) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP).
• ​Documenting services, emergency visits, medication, and other vital information.
