Our Renton branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
Caregivers needed in Mercer Island, Issaquah, Bellevue, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Auburn.
Issaquah- Saturday and Sunday: 10am-7pm
Kenmore- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
Comfortable with working fill-in shifts
Comfortable working shorter shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a day
Open to live-in shifts
Memory care experience
Comfortable working with all levels of care
Comfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicle
Comfortable with cats and dogs

Flexible scheduling. 24/7 Caregiver Support. You will never work without having someone available to answer the phone should you need something. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week.
Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.
Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.
Access to online training and continuing education courses.
Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
Cooking and/or serving meals
Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
