Sales Recruiter- Full Time

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, supports commercial and SMB markets in the U.Partners with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments. Builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
Coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding.
Recruits for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
Understands company’s policies and benefits.
Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
Develops a network of business and candidate contacts
Effectively communicates with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs
Completes miscellaneous projects as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field required.A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruiting
Experience in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
