We’re looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Operations Manager to take charge of our field team, streamline daily operations, and drive business growth.
This isn’t just a management role—it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a difference in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This full‑time year‑round position requires you to report to the office daily.
Our mission is to help homeowners make the most of their outdoor spaces by providing reliable mosquito, flea, tick, and pest control solutions.
But our work goes beyond pest control—we’re all about building lasting relationships and earning customer loyalty through exceptional service. When pest season winds down, we embrace the holiday spirit by bringing festive cheer—by installing beautiful holiday lights for our customers!
The mission of the Operations Manager is to generate and grow sustainable revenue for the Company. This is achieved through operational efficiency, developing a team, optimizing customer retention, and ensuring the execution of revenue‑generating activities.
Success in this role means consistently meeting and exceeding key performance targets across multiple categories. Achieve the targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year‑end 2025.
Ensure a steady workforce of full‑time in‑field technicians throughout the active season.
Reach the set annual revenue target for holiday lighting services by year‑end.
Maintain a strong sales conversion rate to optimize new business acquisitions.
A keen observer who identifies potential issues before they arise, proactively preventing problems rather than just reacting to them.
Organization – Manages time, tasks, and resources efficiently, prioritizes effectively, and maintains a well‑structured workspace for maximum productivity.
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in operations management, sales, leadership, or similar role
