Night Time Custodian, Evening Cleaner

D & A Building Services is seeking a dedicated Night Janitor to join our team in Clearwater, Tarpon, Largo and St. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, well‑organized facilities and enjoys working independently. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks across our properties, ensuring that every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety. This position offers consistent evening hours and the opportunity to make a visible impact through your skilled, detail‑oriented work.

Cleans and services restrooms.

Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.

Dusts such items as blinds, furniture, file cabinets.

Polishes furniture, metal work and chrome using appropriate cleaning and polishing compounds.

Washes wall, ceiling, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using both step and extension ladders.

Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment.

1+ years janitorial experience.

Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions.

Hourly Salary $15.00 - $16.00
