Manufacturing quality engineering

Belcan, LLC

Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Design Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure execution of Conditionally Qualified supplier actions.

Support the Lead Supplier Quality Engineer by updating Conditional Qualification plans, Incoming Inspection plans, and site-level containment plans with accuracy and thoroughness.

Update drawing markups as directed by the Engineering leader.

Monitor, document, and improve supplier performance and part quality, ensuring timely follow up and closure of actions.

Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) meetings and partner with cross‑functional teams to dispose defective material and engage suppliers for corrective actions.

Assist in supplier contract negotiations in collaboration with sourcing teams.

Use productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications to support documentation and reporting.

Proficiency in design applications or drawing review software.

Adaptability to manage shifting priorities, urgent issues, and dynamic business needs

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, analysis, and quality processes
