About Us We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the UAE recruitment market to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and IT positions.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across the UAE market.

Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with clients.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Understand client requirements and provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE employment practices.

Build long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years recruiting for the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of the UAE hiring landscape, employment practices, and salary trends.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience working on permanent, contract, and project-based hiring is preferred.
