Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (3rd Shift)

One to three years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience Requirements Experience operating CNC machinery or similar production equipment preferred

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Job Duties Operate and monitor CNC machines and other production equipment
Run cut-off saws, lathes, drill presses, and related machinery
Read job specifications to determine machine settings and material requirements
Cut, shape, and bend metal sheets, tubing, and structural components
Inspect workpieces to ensure quality standards are met
Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, and scale from finished materials
Follow established production schedules and work instructions

As a CNC Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.

The CNC Operator contributes to successful manufacturing by producing high-quality components using CNC machining equipment and precision inspection methods. This role requires mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and careful attention to detail.
