LPN/LVN Emergency ,Full Time,Night

Role Overview:
Provides hands-on resident care in a skilled nursing facility, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Ensures accurate documentation, responds swiftly to emergencies, and collaborates with medical personnel to deliver quality care. Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Participates in training, mentoring team members, and adheres to care plans. The position involves active physical demands, including frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working long hours, often on nights and weekends. No travel is typically required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with electronic records and office equipment. College education is desirable.
