Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Help patients with eating, drinking, and medication management

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines

Collaborate with other caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required
