General Dentist (GP) – Dansville, NY Our well-established private practice in Dansville, NY is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team at A Smile By Design. Schedule
~ Full-time schedule (hours to be discussed)

Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active New York dental license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
Pay & Compensation

• Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
• Daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months

~ After 6 months:

• 30% of collections up to $50,000/month
• 35% of collections over $50,000/month
• $10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
• $5,000 CE allowance + professional development support
• $3,000 malpractice and annual retention allowance
