Illustrator / Graphic Design

Taylor Corporation, operating Navitor in North Mankato, Minnesota, is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to craft compelling visuals that support ecommerce and marketing initiatives. The role demands proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, strong asset management discipline, and work that remains consistent with brand guidelines in a fast paced environment. This is an onsite position with a salary range of USD 46,000 to 50,000 per year.

Responsibilities Design and production of digital assets, including ecommerce product imagery, banners, email visuals, and marketing materials.

Develop high quality product images optimized for web use and ensure cross platform consistency.

Maintain an efficient digital asset storage system with clear version control and easy accessibility.

Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to produce visuals aligned with brand and business goals.

Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Manage and track design requests using Asana (preferred) or other project management tools to meet deadlines.

Identify opportunities to streamline design workflows and improve asset organization.

Stay informed on design trends, ecommerce best practices, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong ecommerce design background with knowledge of product image optimization, digital design best practices, and user experience principles.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain an efficient file storage system, and prioritize work effectively.

Attention to detail with a focus on quality control, accuracy, and consistency in design execution.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to receive and implement feedback across functions.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar applications.
