Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health

Provide direct patient care in home settings
Assess and monitor patient health and progress
Educate patients and families about health management

Requirements of the RN - Home Health

Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
Experience in home health preferred
