Exposure to a diverse project portfolio spanning $8M-$30M

Prepare complete, accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $8M-$30M

Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and vendor bids/proposals

Analyze bid documents, addenda, and scope to identify risks, gaps, and value-engineering opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers

Track historical cost data and market pricing trends to improve estimate accuracy

Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and bid strategy discussions

Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and operations teams on project handoff
