Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced OB Hospitalist to join a high-acuity, high-autonomy practice in Spokane, WA. This fully inpatient role involves managing complex obstetric cases, labor and delivery management, and emergencies at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital. Ideal candidates will thrive in an independent decision-making environment with a supportive 5-physician hospitalist team.

High-acuity, high-autonomy practice at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA

Hospital services 1800 deliveries annually with a level III NICU

Pediatrix OB Hospitalist team manages about 20% of total deliveries

Fully inpatient role with consistent exposure to complex, high-risk obstetric cases

High-volume transport-in center serving Spokane and surrounding communities

5 physician hospitalist team with close partnership with Rockwood OBGYN and community health organizations

Labor and delivery management

Manage emergencies in addition to assisting providers as needed

24/7 OB Hospitalist coverage

Management of unassigned and high-risk patients including Maternal-Fetal Medicine patients
