Graduate Nurse Labor and Delivery Full Time

Role Overview
This position is for a registered nurse providing high-level, technical patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You will deliver direct and indirect care using the nursing process, supervise team members, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure age-appropriate, quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships with patients, families, and staff

Ensure accurate, timely documentation and safe medication administration

Create a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold hospital standards

Take responsibility for personal and professional growth

Utilize nursing standards and policies to deliver compliant care

Support patient education and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred

Current nursing license in the state of practice

Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications as required

Minimum of 1 year relevant RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency

Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
