Shift Front Desk Receptionist
Fairfield Inn Nashville
Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
We are looking for a serious candidate who has a flexible schedule and is committed to providing outstanding guest service. Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales, and accurate folio transactions
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- Transmit telephone messages
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local shopping, dining, and entertainment
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
- Post charges such as room, sundry items, fax, copy or telephone
- Deposit guests' valuables in safe deposit box
- Answer telephone calls promptly and politely in accordance with hotel policies
- Restock coffee station as needed
